Code of Federal Regulations Title 40. Protection of Environment 40 CFR Pt. 63, Subpt. PPPPP, Tbl. 6 Table 6 to Subpart PPPPP of Part 63—Requirements for Reports

As stated in § 63.9350, you must submit each report that applies to you according to the following table:

If you own or operate a new or reconstructed affected source that must comply with emission limitations, you must submit a ․․․

You must submit the report ․․․

1. Compliance report

a. If there are no deviations from the emission limitations that apply to you, a statement that there were no deviations from the emission limitations during the reporting period

Semiannually, according to the requirements in § 63.9350.

b. If there were no periods during which the CEMS or CPMS were out of control as specified in § 63.8(c)(7), a statement that there were no periods during which the CEMS or CPMS was out of control during the reporting period

Semiannually, according to the requirements in § 63.9350.

c. If you have a deviation from any emission limitation during the reporting period, the report must contain the information in § 63.9350(c)

Semiannually, according to the requirements in § 63.9350.

d. If there were periods during which the CEMS or CPMS were out of control, as specified in § 63.8(c)(7), that report must contain the information in § 63.9350(d)

Semiannually, according to the requirements in § 63.9350.

e. If you had an SSM of a control device or associated monitoring equipment during the reporting period, the report must include the information in § 63.10(d)(5)(i)

Semiannually, according to the requirements in § 63.9350.
