1. Caustic scrubber or water scrubber/absorber

a. Maintain the daily average scrubber inlet liquid or recirculating liquid flow rate, as appropriate, above the operating limit; and

b. Maintain the daily average scrubber effluent pH within the operating limits; or

c. Instead of a. and b., maintain your operating parameter(s) within the operating limits established according to your monitoring plan established under § 63.8(f).

2. Other type of control device to which HCl emissions are ducted

Maintain your operating parameter(s) within the limits established during the performance test and according to your monitoring plan.
