Code of Federal Regulations Title 40. Protection of Environment 40 CFR Pt. 63, Subpt. FFFF, Tbl. 11 Table 11 to Subpart FFFF of Part 63.—Requirements for Reports

As required in § 63.2520(a) and (b), you must submit each report that applies to you on the schedule shown in the following table:

1. Precompliance report

The information specified in § 63.2520(c)

At least 6 months prior to the compliance date; or for new sources, with the application for approval of construction or reconstruction.

2. Notification of compliance status report

The information specified in § 63.2520(d)

No later than 150 days after the compliance date specified in § 63.2445.

3. Compliance report

The information specified in § 63.2520(e)

Semiannually according to the requirements in § 63.2520(b).
