Code of Federal Regulations Title 36. Parks, Forests, and Public Property § 36.902.13 Indexes of Corporation records

(a) The Administrative Officer shall be responsible for maintenance, publication, distribution and availability for inspection and copying of the current indexes and supplements which are required by 5 U.S.C. (a)(2). Such indexes shall be published promptly on a quarterly basis unless the Chairman determines by order published in the Federal Register that the publication would be unnecessary and impractical.

(b) The index of materials under this subpart covers all materials issued, adopted, or promulgated after July 4, 1967 by the Corporation. However, earlier materials may be included in the index to the extent practicable. Each index contains instruction for its use.
