Code of Federal Regulations Title 34. Education § 34.76.302 The notice to the subgrantee

A State shall notify a subgrantee in writing of:

(a) The amount of the subgrant;

(b) The period during which the subgrantee may obligate the funds;  and

(c) The Federal requirements that apply to the subgrant.
