Code of Federal Regulations Title 34. Education § 34.694.15 May a Partnership that does not award scholarships under section 404E of the HEA provide, as part of a GEAR UP project, financial assistance for postsecondary education using non-Federal funds?

A GEAR UP Partnership that does not participate in the GEAR UP scholarship component may provide financial assistance for postsecondary education with non–Federal funds, and those funds may be used to satisfy the matching requirement.
