Code of Federal Regulations Title 32. National Defense § 32.770.18 Entry restrictions

Except for military personnel and civilian employees of the United States in the performance of their official duties, entry upon Naval Submarine Base, Bangor, or remaining thereon by any person whatsoever for any purpose without the advance consent of the Commanding Officer, SUBASE Bangor or his authorized representative is prohibited.
