During each presentation to orient new participants, new employees, and/or the general
public to its WIA Title I–financially assisted program or activity, a recipient must
include a discussion of rights under the nondiscrimination and equal opportunity provisions
of WIA and this part, including the right to file a complaint of discrimination with
the recipient or the Director.
