When there is a change in the location of the brewery, the brewer shall file an amended Form 5130.10, and a new bond, Form 5130.22, or a consent of surety, Form 5000.18, as required under § 25.91, extending the terms of the bond or continuation certificate to cover operations at the new location. The brewer is not required to file a new bond or consent of surety if the brewer is exempt from bond requirements under § 25.91(e). The brewer may not begin operations at the new location until the appropriate TTB officer approves the required documents.
