Code of Federal Regulations Title 25. Indians § 25.171.530 What information must I provide BIA for billing purposes?

We must obtain certain information from you to ensure we can properly bill, collect, deposit, and account for money you owe the United States. At a minimum, this information is:

(a) Your full legal name;

(b) Your correct mailing address;  and

(c) Your taxpayer identifying number.
