Code of Federal Regulations Title 17. Commodity and Securities Exchanges § 17.249.1500 Form SDR, for application for registration as a security-based swap data repository, amendments thereto, or withdrawal from registration

The form shall be used for registration as a security-based swap data repository, and for the amendments to and withdrawal from such registration pursuant to section 13(n) of the Exchange Act (15 U.S.C. 78m(n)).
