California Code, Welfare and Institutions Code - WIC § 366.2

If the county has produced a summary report or an action plan of the child and family team meeting for use by the team members, a copy of that report or action plan with any necessary redactions made may be attached to the court report that is prepared pursuant to Section 366.1.
