California Code, Welfare and Institutions Code - WIC § 14139.23

Upon the implementation of the pilot program, responsibility for administering the programs integrated within the pilot program shall be transferred to the department, and shall be specified in an interagency agreement between participating departments. Prior requirements for any program integrated within this pilot program shall be deemed to have been met through compliance with the requirements established by this article, by the department for the pilot program by each county's approved plan, and by the approved applicable federal waivers.
