California Code, Welfare and Institutions Code - WIC § 14016.10

The department shall implement the federal requirement under Section 4603 of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990 (P.L. 101-508)  1 which provides for the continuity of Medi-Cal coverage during pregnancy and the post partum period for pregnant women who were certified as Medi-Cal eligible.
