California Code, Welfare and Institutions Code - WIC § 11477.1

No polygraph tests shall be administered to any applicant or recipient of aid under this chapter for the purposes of enforcement of Title IV-D of the Social Security Act,  1 without written notice to applicant or recipient that such test is not required and without written consent thereto by such applicant or recipient.
