California Code, Welfare and Institutions Code - WIC § 11325.6

Subject to the limitations of subdivision (f) of Section 11322.6and subdivision (a) of Section 11325.22, if activities to be provided under the plan between the county welfare department and the participant are not immediately available to the participant, he or she shall receive job search activities until the education or training services designated in the plan are available.
