California Code, Water Code - WAT § 51024

The notice shall be in substantially the following form:

“Notice to the landowners of reclamation district No.․․․․․․․․ Notice is hereby given to the landowners of reclamation district No.․․․․․․ that there has been filed with the county clerk of the County of ․․․․․․ and with the Secretary of the Reclamation Board, an original (supplemental or new, as the case may be) plan for the reclamation of lands of the district; that the Reclamation Board will hold a meeting at its office in the City of Sacramento, County of Sacramento, State of California, on the ․․․․․․ day of ․․․․․․, 19․․, at ․․․․․․ o'clock, at which time any interested party may appear and object to the said plan.”
