California Code, Water Code - WAT § 31733

Whenever the board has by ordinance declared that Chapter 2 of this part shall not be operative respect to the district, the board may thereafter by ordinance declare that Chapter 2 of this part shall thereafter be operative with respect to any one or more of the several taxes to be levied for the district, which taxes shall be specified in the ordinance, and that this chapter shall continue to be operative as to the remaining taxes to be levied for the district.
