California Code, Water Code - WAT § 12707

The plan of improvement for flood control, levee, and channel improvements on the Santa Maria River and its tributaries is adopted and authorized substantially in accordance with the recommendations of the Chief of Engineers in House Document Numbered 400, Eighty-third Congress, Second Session, as authorized by act of Congress approved September 3, 1954, Public Law 780, Eighty-third Congress, Second Session,  1 at an estimated cost to the State of one million two hundred sixteen thousand dollars ($1,216,000).
