California Code, Water Code - WAT § 12656.7

The Reclamation Board is authorized to provide any assurances to the Secretary of the Army which may be required in connection with the accomplishment of flood control or clearing work on the channel of the Sacramento and San Joaquin Rivers and their tributaries, pursuant to Section 208 of Public Law 780, 83rd Congress, 2nd Session, approved September 3, 1954,  1 or any acts amending or adding to the same now or hereafter adopted, or with the accomplishment of any federal emergency flood control work on state-owned property.  This authorization is subject to the provisions of section 12828.
