The notice published pursuant toSection 5362 and the notices mailed pursuant toSection 5363 shall also contain a statement that the legislative body has declared its intention to take proceedings under this chapter for the levy of an assessment to provide funds necessary for the redemption of the outstanding bonds and shall state the maximum interest rate on and term of bonds to be issued to represent unpaid assessments. The notice shall also state that any person who has any objection to such proceedings for the levy of such assessment may file a written protest not later than the hour set for the hearing as stated in said notice.
