Thecommission shall grant toll-free passage on all toll bridges, tubes, and other toll highway crossings under its jurisdiction to members of the California Highway Patrol on duty.
Members of the California Highway Patrol, in all cases while on duty, are persons directly connected with the operation of toll bridges, tubes, and other toll highway crossings as such persons are designated in all of the bond resolutions adopted by thecommission to authorize the issuance of bonds to finance the construction of toll structures.
