California Code, Public Resources Code - PRC § 91013

Of the funds made available by Section 91010, two hundred million dollars ($200,000,000) shall be available, upon appropriation by the Legislature, to the Department of Conservation's Multibenefit Land Repurposing Program for groundwater sustainability projects that reduce groundwater use, repurpose irrigated agricultural land, provide wildlife habitat, improve drought resilience or floodwater management, or support implementation of the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (Part 2.74 (commencing with Section 10720) of Division 6 of the Water Code).
