California Code, Public Resources Code - PRC § 42883

The recipient of a grant, subsidy, or loan pursuant to Article 3 (commencing with Section 42870) shall, on or before January 1 of each year, submit a report to the board containing information required by the board, including, but not limited to, the number of used whole tires recycled, which is necessary to measure the success of the recipient's program in reducing the number of tires disposed of in landfills or stockpiled.
