California Code, Public Resources Code - PRC § 4187

A county which enacts an ordinance, as provided in Section 4129, is entitled to any allocation of moneys received by the state pursuant to the Clarke-McNary Act.  1 Such reimbursement may be provided for by any statute of this state.
