(a) For purposes of providing a recreational trail corridor, the zone shall also include hiking and equestrian trail connections and accessways generally following the Rim of the Valley Trail as identified in the Equestrian and Hiking Trails Guide of the City of Los Angeles.
(b) The executive director of the conservancy shall file with the Secretary of State a map specifically delineating a feasible recreational trail corridor as identified in subdivision (a) by July 1, 1984.
(c) The executive director of the conservancy shall submit the map prepared pursuant to subdivision (b) to the Assembly Committee on Water, Parks, and Wildlife and to the Senate Committee on Natural Resources at least 30 days prior to taking any action for the purposes of this section pursuant to Section 33203.
