California Code, Public Resources Code - PRC § 30946

The California Environmental Protection Agency shall enter into a memorandum of understanding with the Resources Agency to ensure that the program established under this chapter is coordinated with other programs administered by those agencies, including, but not limited to, the grant process set forth in Section 30947.  The memorandum of understanding shall establish a stakeholder advisory process to assist in setting priorities and allocating funds.  The memorandum of understanding shall be completed and executed on or before April 30, 2003.
