California Code, Public Resources Code - PRC § 30930

The board may award grants under this article to local public agencies for projects designed to implement stormwater runoff pollution reduction and prevention programs, including, but not limited to, diversion of dry weather flows to publicly owned treatment works for treatment, acquisition, and development of constructed wetlands and the implementation of approved best management practices, as required by stormwater permits issued by the state board or a regional board.
