California Code, Penal Code - PEN § 13518.1

In order to prevent the spread of communicable disease, a law enforcement agency employing peace officers described in subdivision (a) of Section 13518may provide to each of these peace officers an appropriate portable manual mask and airway assembly for use when applying cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
