California Code, Military and Veterans Code - MVC § 987.90

For the purposes of carrying out the provisions of the Veterans' Farm and Home Purchase Act of 1974, there is hereby appropriated, and the department is hereby authorized to utilize the proceeds derived from the Veterans Bond Act of 1974,  1 and from all veterans bond acts subsequent thereto, and to combine such funds up to a percent to be established by the Veterans Finance Committee and reported to the Legislature annually, with funds derived from participation contracts.
