California Code, Labor Code - LAB § 1700.28

Everytalent agency shall post in a conspicuous place in the office of suchtalent agency a printed copy of this chapter and of such other statutes as may be specified by the Labor Commissioner. Such copies shall also contain the name and address of the officer charged with the enforcement of this chapter. The Labor Commissioner shall furnish totalent agencies printed copies of any statute required to be posted under the provisions of this section.
