California Code, Health and Safety Code - HSC § 4873

The board shall direct the clerk to give notice of the hearing. The notice shall have the heading “Notice of the proposed formation of ․․․ sewer maintenance district”, stating the name of the proposed district. It shall:

(a) State the time and place for the hearing.

(b) Set forth the exterior boundaries of the territory proposed to be organized into a district.
