California Code, Health and Safety Code - HSC § 40428

There is continued in existence the South Coast Air Quality Management District Advisory Council, which is appointed by the south coast district board, to advise and consult with the south coast district board in effectuating the purpose of this division.

The membership and rules of the advisory council shall be as established by resolution of the south coast district board.
