At least once a year, an authority shall file with the clerk of the respective city or county and with the Department of Housing and Community Development a report of its activities for the preceding year.This report shall contain information adequate for the city, county, or department to determine that the requirements of Section 34312.3 have been met for any activity undertaken pursuant to that section. An authority shall make either directly or through any national, regional, or state housing association or organization of which it may be a member, recommendations with reference to additional legislation or other action which it deems necessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter, to the respective legislative bodies having jurisdiction thereof.
