California Code, Health and Safety Code - HSC § 115250

The Legislature of the State of California hereby enacts and ratifies the agreement set forth in Section 115255 and designated as the “Southwestern Low-Level Radioactive Waste Disposal Compact,” entered into pursuant to the Low-Level Radioactive Waste Policy Act, as amended by the Low-Level Radioactive Waste Policy Amendments Act of 1985 (42 U.S.C. Sec. 2021b to 2021j, incl.). This compact shall become effective in accordance with Article 7 of the compact as set forth in Section 115255.
