When the Seal of the Senate is prepared in color, the following colors shall be used:
The outer circle and the words “Seal of the Senate of the State of California” shall be Popcorn, Cable No. 70203; the second circle and the shadow of each letter shall be Tobacco, Cable No. 70095; the third circle shall be Ivory, Cable No. 70002; the field of the seal shall be Forget-me-not, Cable No. 70012; the oak leaves shall be Evergreen, Cable No. 70036 with veins of Crab Apple, Cable No. 70149, Reseda, Cable No. 70035 with veins of Evergreen, Cable No. 70036, Mosstone, Cable No. 70155 with veins of Scarlet, Cable No. 70080, and Olive, Cable No. 70156 with veins of Mosstone, Cable No. 70155; the scroll shall be shades of Champagne, Cable No. 70091 and Oakwood, Cable No. 70094; the word “Legis,” the flourish, and “MDCCCL” shall be Oakwood, Cable No. 70094; the roller knobs shall be shades of Tobacco, Cable No. 70095 and Champagne, Cable No. 70091; the quill shall be shades of Purple, Cable No. 70060 and Homage Blue, Cable No. 70078; the acorns shall be shades of Caramel Brown, Cable No. 70120 and Burnished Straw, Cable No. 70117.
All Cable number colors herein specified are those of the Textile Color Card Association of the United States, Inc., New York.
