California Code, Government Code - GOV § 11540

The Director of Technology shall propose to the Director of Finance rates for Office of Technology Services' services based on a formal rate methodology.  The Director of Finance shall approve the proposal based on the reasonableness of the rates, any significant impact on departmental budgets, and all other requirements of the rate reassessment required under Section 11540.5.  The Director of Technology and the Director of Finance shall coordinate to develop policies and procedures to implement this section, including, but not limited to, the format and timeframe of the rate proposal and any changes recommended as part of the rate reassessment pursuant to subdivision (e) of Section 11540.5.
