(a) It is unlawful to take fish for commercial purposes in that portion of Tomales Bay in District 10 between a line drawn from the most northern tip of Tomales Point northeast, 47º magnetic, to the opposite shore in the vicinity of Dillon Beach, and a line drawn west from the western tip of Tom's Point, 252º magnetic, to the opposite eastern shore of Tomales Point.
(b) This section does not apply to the taking of oysters by a person who has obtained a state water bottom lease pursuant to Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 15400) of Division 12 for the cultivation of oysters, in their lease site.
