California Code, Fish and Game Code - FGC § 5653.9

The department shall adopt regulations to carry out Section 5653and may adopt regulations to carry out Sections 5653.3, 5653.5, and 5653.7.The regulations shall be adopted in accordance with the requirements of Division 13 (commencing with Section 21000) of the Public Resources Code and Chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 11340) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code.
