If the Chairperson of the Peace and Freedom Party State Central Committee fails to file the notice required by Section 6741 by the 120th day preceding the presidential primary, the Secretary of State shall ascertain the national affiliation of the party and the number of delegates from the chairperson or any other officer of record of the party state central committee or from the national party with which the Peace and Freedom Party was affiliated as indicated by the most recent statement of the affiliation on file by the chairperson of the party state central committee.
