You are hereby notified that the number of delegates and alternate delegates to represent the State of California in the next national convention of the Democratic Party is __________.
You are hereby notified that the number of delegates which may be selected from all __________ districts as a part of the delegation to the national convention of the Democratic Party is as follows:
District No. 1.___ delegates ___ alternates.
District No. 2.___ delegates ___ alternates.
District No. 3.___ delegates ___ alternates.
(Followed by the remaining districts).
