All employments made under Sections 87405 to 87451, inclusive, Sections 87454 to 87462, inclusive, Section 87464, Sections 87468 to 87480, inclusive, or Sections 87600 to 87626, inclusive, shall be subordinate to the right of the Legislature to amend or repeal Sections 87405 to 87451, inclusive, Sections 87454 to 87462, inclusive, Section 87464, Sections 87468 to 87480, inclusive, Sections 87600 to 87626 inclusive, or any provision or provisions thereof at any time, and nothing herein contained shall be construed to confer upon any person employed pursuant to the provisions hereof a contract that will be impaired by the amendment or repeal of Sections 87405 to 87451, inclusive, Sections 87454 to 87462, inclusive, Section 87464,Sections 87468 to 87480, inclusive, andSections 87600 to 87626, inclusive, or of any provision or provisions thereof.
