California Code, Education Code - EDC § 8272.5

Community college districts that levied child development permissive override taxes pursuant to Section 8272 and former Section 8330in the 1977-78 fiscal year and received fiscal relief pursuant to Chapter 282 of the Statutes of 1979 to compensate for the loss of permissive override taxes shall not receive reimbursement for childcare services from the Superintendent of Public Instruction in excess of 75 percent of the standard reimbursement rate for campus childcare programs.  Campus childcare programs operated by the University of California, the California State University, and community colleges that did not levy a permissive override tax in the 1977-78 fiscal year shall receive reimbursement from the Superintendent of Public Instruction that equals 100 percent of the standard reimbursement rate for campus childcare and development programs.
