California Code, Education Code - EDC § 42831

Amounts expended from the revolving fund are restored thereto through payments into the revolving fund by warrants drawn on the various funds of the districts, including building funds, for shipments from stores for the use of the districts.  The warrants shall be made payable to the “revolving fund of ____________ (Here insert name or names of the school district or school districts establishing the fund.)”
