Arizona Revised Statutes Title 9. Cities and Towns § 9-133. Reincorporation

The provisions of § 9-103 shall be applicable to incorporations under this article, provided that petitions under this section shall be submitted to the respective boards of supervisors. The boards of supervisors meeting in joint session may order the city or town disincorporated and reincorporated.
