Arizona Revised Statutes Title 8. Child Safety § 8-844.01. Allegation of aggravating circumstance

At least fifteen days before the disposition hearing, the department shall give written notice to the court and the parties if the department intends to present evidence that an aggravating circumstance described in § 8-846, subsection D, paragraph 1 exists.
