Arizona Revised Statutes Title 8. Child Safety § 8-809. Parents' rights; information on website; rule changes

A. The department shall provide on its website information on parents' rights pursuant to § 8-809.01 and other information to assist parents and guardians in understanding the process of removal of a child from the home.

B. The department shall provide on its home page a conspicuous link to the information prescribed in subsection A of this section.

C. The department shall publish on its website any final rule within ten days after the department files the final rule with the secretary of state.
