A. The board shall hold at least six regular meetings annually at times it directs. Special meetings may be held on the call of the presiding officer.
B. Members of the board are not eligible to receive compensation but are eligible for travel expenses and reimbursement for subsistence pursuant to title 38, chapter 4, article 2. 1 Reimbursement shall be paid on claims approved by the executive director from the administrative costs account of the early childhood development and health fund established by § 8-1181.
