A. A licensee shall prominently display the commercial mortgage banker license in the office of the commercial mortgage banker.
B. A licensee or an employee of the licensee shall not advertise for or solicit commercial mortgage loans in any manner without using the license name, or other assumed name or trade name that is submitted to the department pursuant to § 6-117, and the license number. If a license is issued in the name of a natural person, the advertising or solicitation may not imply that the license is in the name of another person or entity. For the purposes of this subsection, advertise does not include business cards, radio and television advertising directed at national or regional markets and promotional items unless those items contain rates or terms on which a commercial mortgage loan may be obtained.
