Any existing association may, at an annual or special meeting, amend its present articles of incorporation or other instruments concerning organization by adopting articles of incorporation containing the provisions enumerated in § 6-413. The procedure to be followed in adopting or amending articles of incorporation shall be that prescribed in § 6-460.
